Inclusive, high-quality childcare has always been at the heart of my dream — a dream that began over 20 years ago when I first discovered my passion for working with children.

Experience
I began my career in 2005 as an infant teacher. From that moment, I knew I had found my calling.
Over the years, I gained hands-on experience working with children across multiple age groups, including:
Each stage of my career helped shape my understanding of child development and strengthened my passion for early learning.
As my experience grew, I was given the opportunity to join a leadership team as a Program Supervisor. This role allowed me to:
Support and mentor teachers
Help guide classroom environments
Strengthen communication with families
Contribute to program quality and consistency
After several years, I advanced into the role of School Director, where I was able to take on even greater responsibility.
I truly loved being in a leadership position — working closely with teachers, engaging with children daily, and building meaningful relationships with families.

This realization became a turning point in my journey.
